Shield Protection Products 16 oz bear spray is almost identical to our spray designed  to protect you against people.  This sprays' formula meets the requirements set by government regulations to be able to be used against animals. This bear spray delivers a large amount of product in a powerful cone style pattern and is capable of incapacitating a large animals. The cone disbursement means that there is not as much aiming and precision required to deliver an effective dose of spray to multiple animals and aids in hitting your target while you are on the move. It is designed with a pistol grip which makes it easy to carry and use. The size and strength of this spray also makes it effective against most animals large and small. This formula is effective against dogs and bears.  The powerful burst of pepper spray is capable of incapacitating an animal and providing you enough time to escape danger. Our pepper spray contains 1.4% Major Capsaicinoids and is derived from over 2 million Scoville Heat Units (SHU).

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Depress spray head actuator to dispense. The unit delivers a dense irritant projected 10-25 feet, depending on conditions. Direct discharge toward face and eyes of animal.  Even though this product is designed to be used against animals it is safe to expose people to it, effects will be similar to defensive sprays designed for humans.  Please check with local and state laws concerning use of bear sprays against people.  WARNING: Federal regulations prohibit transportation by civil passenger aircraft.

CAUTION

STRONG IRRITANT. Active ingredients are approximately 10% Oleoresin Capsicum (1.4% Capsaicinoids) in a nonflammable solution. Product contains an irritant that affects eyes, respiratory system, and skin. In case of exposure, rinse eyes with cold water, and wash skin with cold water and soap. Expose contaminated area to fresh air. If irritation persists, consult with a physician. Use no creams, salves, or oils. CONTENTS UNDER PRESSURE. Do not puncture or incinerate. Store between 32° F - 120° F. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. These contents are dangerous. Use extreme caution. This product must be used and purchased in accordance with local, state, and federal laws.
